I know it has been awhile....

Well it has been awhile that I have posted, sorry about that.... Ryan had his first big birthday. Thank god these things only come once a year. I was very tired and extremely cranky after, and yes I am talking about me. Ryan did not really want to have anything to do with the cake but was more happy just crawling around the soccer fields. He received way too many gifts but I am always happy to get them from our loved ones. So far we don't have a walker among us. Ryan tends to take about 3-4 steps and then realizes then he no longer wants to walk. But trust me, I am not going to push him! He had his one year check up on Friday and he was 22lb 15 1/2 oz, 30 inches long and 18 1/4 inch head. Still my 50/50/50 baby! Perfect in every way. We got the green light to start feeding him normal food and today he had oatmeal for breakfast, grilled cheese for lunch and I am pretty sure we are sticking to the baby food for dinner. He is doing so well and growing so so fast. We are a very truly blessed family. The picture is of Ryan and Becky at the party. I will have to post more when Chris downloads them for me :)

The start of something beautiful.....

Well we decided to start this web site so we can keep everyone up to date on Ryan and the comings and goings of our little family. I will continually post new pictures and blogs and this will make everything easier for me as it can be accessed whenever you guys want!! The new thing for this week is two teeth! They broke through on Saturday November 22nd and Sunday November 23rd. Back to back, but I wouldn't expect anything less from my child.... He is doing great otherwise. We went to the doctor recently and he weighed a perfect 21lb 13oz. My perfect little 50, 50, 50 baby. (He is in the 50th percentile all the way) Ryan is crawling away and holding on to anything and walking around it as well. I assume that the by himself walking will start very soon. Lord help us all... :) We also had family pictures done and I have posted a few of those. They went very well especially after Ryan busted face on the stool, then he decided he would smile for the pictures. You can see in a few of them the nice red cheek. :) Well that is it for now.
